REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Blend & Build Nutrition, we aim to provide you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or physically defective
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong flavour or wrong size)
  • The product is expired or near expiry

Returns NOT Accepted For

  • Opened or used products
  • Broken seal or tampered packaging
  • Taste/Flavor preference issues
  • Allergy or digestion-related complaints (as tolerance varies person-to-person)
  • Minor label dents or superficial shipping marks
  • Free products or promotional giveaways

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Once the returned product reaches us and is inspected:

  • Refund approval takes 1–2 working days
  • Refund is processed via UPI / Bank Transfer / Original Payment Method
  • Refund will reflect within 5–7 working days
