Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

Undeliverable Orders

If the package is returned due to:

• Incorrect address
• Unreachable phone
• Customer refusal

You may be charged a reshipping fee.

COD Policy

If you plan to offer COD, use this:
COD available on selected pincodes with an extra handling fee (₹30–₹60).

If COD is NOT offered, use this:
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
